Q. How long does it take for my order to arrive?
A. Once payment has been received, you will receive a proof
back within 3 - 4 working days.
On approval of the the proof, please allow a maximum of 14 working days for delivery.
Q. Do you only do printing for the taxi & private
hire trade?
A No, although our marketing is mainly aimed at that trade
we are in fact a general printers who
produce work for all types of companies
Q. Do you only accept orders online?
A. No, Click here to request our brochure pack including
order form and samples to be sent you.
Q. Can we supply our own artwork?
A. Yes, but please read our guidline set out here first
Q. Do you offer any customer account facilites?
A. We do not offer any credit facilites, full payment is
required with all orders.
Q. What happens if I am not happy with the proof I receive?
A. We will change it for you until you are entirely satisfied
with the design. We will not proceed with printing until
we receive a signed proof back to say you are entirely
satisfied with the design
Q. Can I pass my proof over the phone?
A. No we require written confirmation that you are happy
to proceed, we can however accept this via
fax, email or post
Q How much does delivery cost?
A. Delivery is included in our prices, but there are delivery
surcharges in some areas.

Q. How will my order arrive?
A When the orders are ready they will be despatched by courier.
You will need to be in to sign for the
goods. If you are not in when they deliver, they will leave
a contact card for you to re - arrange the
delivery.
Q .What if I require something that isn’t
advertised on your website?
A. If you a have a print requirement that is not covered
on our website, please contact us and we will get a quotation
arranged for you
