to save or export your artwork into any of the following
formats and supply these

All images used must be at
least 300dpi. Images downloaded from the internet are
rarely of good
enough quality to be used, no matter how good they may
appear on screen. If you have an image
that is, say , 72dpi you cannot amend this to make it
300dpi. You need to do this at source (ie when
you scan it).
COLOUR MODE
If your Printing is to be FULL COLOUR then your
artwork (in what ever package you
use) will have to be in CMYK colour mode, NEVER supply
any images in RGB. This will
not print as RGB is for use on monitors only.
Example of CMYK Colour Mode

If you printing is to be in spot colours (ie 2 colour
letterheads) the you need to create the artwork
in Pantone Spot Colours ONLY.
LAYOUT.
Please make sure you allow a 2mm bleed on all images
or backgrounds that you wish
to go to the edge of the design. Also make sure any text
or important logos etc do not
go within 2mm of the edge of the design. This is to allow
for normal tolerances when
guillotining.
